As a writer, i've found it's easier to sit down every day and pound out a page, paragraph or few words when I shed the pressure of selling my work or impressing an audience and just doing it for the love. THE REALITY : You will never stick to a diet filled with food you loathe the same goes for walking into the gym with a negative attitude, loathe to get sweaty and uncomfortable.
